How to reconnect with your sixth sense

Taking a trip into the country or even a cheap camping trip (it does not need to cost a lot of money) can help you to reconnect with your sixth sense because you have removed all physical distractions and taken yourself back to a simpler way of living.

You can also exercise your sixth sense by trying to use it in certain everyday situations. For example, before you answer the phone when it is ringing, try to predict who is calling. This is obviously only going to work if you do not look at the caller ID! By trying to train your psychic self in this way, you can gradually strengthen your sixth sense and you may realise that it is becoming far more noticeable and usable in everyday life.
