Pre Paid Account – FAQs
How Do I Set Up My Account?
Setting up your pre-paid account is easy. First, visit our pre-pay page and choose the amount you wish to credit your account with. You will then be taken to a payment page where you will fill in your personal information and payment details securely. Once your payment has been processed you will be given a personalised account number and pin, as well as a telephone number to call when having a reading. All of these account details will be e-mailed to you
How Much Does It Cost?
Calls will cost no more than £1.50 per minute, and you will receive an additional 10% of minutes when you top up your account with over £60 in a single transaction.
- 20 minutes – £30
- 40 minutes – £60 (with additional 10% for spending £60 you receive 44 minutes)
- 60 minutes – £90 (with additional 10% for spending over £60 you receive 66 minutes)
- 100 minutes – £150 (with additional 10% for spending £60 you receive 110 minutes)
How Do I Use My Account?
To use your account call 0808 156 4918 or +44 121 737 2281. You will then be prompted to enter your personal account number and your pin which you were given when setting up your account. When calling you will be reminded of your account balance and how many minutes you have remaining, if you have less than 5 minutes remaining you will automatically be connected to the top up menu. Once you have heard your account balance, you will be given the option to either top up or to wait to be connected to a reader.
How Do I Choose A Reader?
After entering your pre-paid account pin, you will be prompted to either enter the pin number of your desired available reader, or alternatively you can hold and be connected to the next available reader.
How Long Do Calls Last?
With the pre-paid account service, the length of the call is entirely up to you. A pre-paid call can last for as long as your credit allows.
How Do I Top Up?
To top up your pre-paid account with extra minutes, call 0808 156 4918 or +44 121 737 2281. And follow the prompt to top up. You can then pay for your top up using your original payment card or a different card. You are not able to top up your account via the website, all top ups must be done over the phone.
What Is The Minimum Credit Amount?
You must have at least 5 minutes of credit remaining on your account in order to speak to one of the Wishing Moon readers. If your account balance is less than 5 minutes you will automatically be connected to the top up menu.
How Do I Find Out My Account Balance?
When you call the pre-paid service you will be told your remaining account balance after entering your account number and pin.
Will My Credits Expire?
Your account credits will expire 6 months after topping up. After your credits have expired you will no longer be able to use them.
I Have Lost My Account Details, What Do I Do?
If you have lost your account details, contact us as soon as possible with your name, the email address associated with your account and if possible the date you last topped up your account.
