Some people assume that having a black aura is a sign of evil, doom and death.
When these people notice a black aura surrounding someone else, they may jump to conclusions and expect the worst of this person. They may even turn their backs on friends or relatives because they assume they’re bad news. When these people discover they have a black aura themselves, they may feel overwhelmed with worry, fear and guilt.
Despite the horror stories, a black aura isn’t necessarily a sign of evil and death. It certainly doesn’t mean that a curse has been cast either. Instead, a black aura can be a sign that you’ve gone through a difficult period of time or things are getting you down. Here are three reasons a good person might have a black aura:
An inability to forgive
If you’re finding it hard to forgive someone, you might find yourself drowning in a black aura. Holding onto grudges can be extremely unhealthy. Sometimes we refuse to forgive people because we don’t want to ‘let them off’ or lead them to believe their actions haven’t hurt us. But in reality, the failure to forgive can have a greater impact on ourselves. Wandering around with this level of negativity and hatred can leave us carrying the weight of the world on our shoulders. The sooner you learn to let go and move on with your life, the sooner your black aura will disappear.
Grief can have a tremendous impact on our mind, body and spiritual being. When we’re going through a bereavement, we can find ourselves surrounded by a big black aura. The exact colour of your aura can vary, depending on the level and intensity of your grief. In some cases it can be a muddy grey colour while in other circumstances it can be a more intense charcoal colour. If you’re going through a tough time after the passing of someone near, don’t be afraid to ask for help from friends, relatives and professionals.
It’s not uncommon to have a black aura during periods of intense loneliness. If you’re feeling alone and cut off from the rest of the world, your health can be negatively affected. Although this may sound easier said than done, try to get out there and meet new people. When we experience loneliness, we may feel as though the world is against us and the odds aren’t in our favour. But in many cases, we can control the situation by being proactive and making actionable changes to our lives.
Whether you take part in an acting class or join a fitness club, there are plenty of ways to surround yourself by like-minded people, keep busy and strengthen your social circle. By stepping out of your comfort zone, your black aura is sure to be lifted over time.
